Just wondering if you have any preferences for colour and style of logo, i.e: abstract, word mark, pictorial?
When you say a New Orleans feel, can you give me some idea of the feel of New Orleans as I live in Australia?

Thanks for the inquiry. I am would lean more towards a word mark style but I'm not stuck on it. Colors that always go hand in hand with New Orleans are black and gold or purple green and gold. But again I'm not stuck on that either.

The New Orleans feel would be a laid back festive life style. There is alot of music, food and diverse cultural background with the city. Jazz is a huge part if the culture. Mardi Gras. The Mississippi River. The French Quarter. New Orleans has French English Spanish German origins all intertwined. I tell people all the time that New Orleans has a soul. It a small city with a rich history both good and bad with a soul that you don't find very often but on e you are here you can definitely feel it. I hope this helps. Feel free to ask any questions.

I love the way you have left the competition so open to allow creativity - will you provide feedback when someone delivers something that catches your attention? - as if we do not have specifics - it would be near impossible to define the exact logo you wish - without further input.

you have a current website, which is quite modern in feel, if you want a more traditional logo its going to contrast in style, are you looking for a logo to fit with the current style, or are you planning on a total new website overhaul

The website is going to get scrapped as soon as I choose a design to use for the logo. I am working on a new website design now but waiting the logo.
