Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We are in the process of a brand overhaul and need a more professional looking design for our company logo. See current logo (http://www.stevemeekerrealestate.com/). We are looking for a design more modern that is also distinguishable and unique. The logo should include the words, "Meeker Real Estate", with Meeker in much larger text. My goal is for the appearance to look very professional with a slight modern touch, like some law firm logos (see http://www.kriegdevault.com/ & http://www.icemiller.com/). I would like to have an accent on the "M" in Meeker and incorporate a house design that cleanly fits into the logo. This is important. Again, the logo must evoke an image of a traditional, trustworthy, community-focuses business.
