We need to redesign a retail flyer and gear it towards our Commercial/Small Business/Corporate clients. We are moving away from all retail services and are committed to the Business customer, specifically small business. Our goal is to have a Color Tri Fold that can be printed or emailed to a prospective customer. We want to have key points that grab the readers attention and peak their interest to call for more information. In addition we want to focus on our Strengths:
We specialize in Small Business Information Technology Services like:
Support Services for Servers, workstations, Networks, Firewalls, Virtual Machines,
Cloud Based Services - Centralized file storage, Email hosting, Website hosting, Software on Demand Services.
On site and Remote support Services - Computer hardware and software, virus Removal, Security, New computer Sales and Service
VPN Services (Securely connect remote offices)
Firewall Sales and Service - Stop Hackers, Secure Data, Monitor/Restrict Employee Internet Access.
Virtualization Services: Convert Physical Servers into Virtual Services, scale easier and reduce resources (manpower and money)
Virus Removal - Stop data theft, reduce email SPAM, secure data.
Offsite Data Backup - Secure nightly automated offsite data backup to the cloud.
Actualizaciones
We want to take this flyer and do a few things
1) Makeit more professional and less appeal to the retail crowd. (remove the whitemen, etc..) We are targeting small business customers (less than 50 computers)and NO retail.
2) Wewant to make this into a Trifold that we can pass out to our prospective clientswhen we do a cold call. The outside needs to be catchy on the fold thatyou see so we “sell them a message” and get logo awareness and brandingin their head. I was thinking something catchy like:

·Fixed Cost IT Support Services

Our Target market is the small business client that has less than 50 employees/computers and needs an IT consulting firm to help them with either outsourcing or support services. We offer remote support, and on-site support and our claim to fame is dedicated support staff committed to personal service.
