Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We need a logo for a new organisation, managing events at a destination level.
The city of Silkeborg, Denmark, is famous for dazzling nature, lakes everywhere, the oldest steamboat in the world still sailing by its original steam-engine and the painter Asger Jorn.
It also hosts a range of international music and art festivals and the municipality has therefore supported a new event organisation, aiming to grow the festivals, attract new big events and brand Silkeborg as an event destination.
EventSilkeborg is a sub-brand to VisitSilkeborg (logo attached) and the logo COULD reflect this relation.
Our new strategic position focuses on OUTDOOR-activities. All major events in the city take place outside and we have a growing cluster of outdoor related companies and activities (equipment manufactorers, race organisers, shops, teambuilding-coaches, MTB-shops, triathlons, adventure races etc.)
SO; the logo ideally relates graphically to that of VisitSilkeborg and signals life, pulse, outdoor, events.
