Resumen de Diseño de Brochure

I am looking for a 2 page brochure (front and back of a single page).
This brochure is intended to grab our customers' attention, then explain a little bit about what we do and what our advantage is.

THE FIRST PAGE:
I have the first page concept nearly complete and have uploaded it as "Notebook_Concept_R8.psd"
This concept shows a customer with an idea for a machine, and a maze of products and components and technologies between that idea and the final product (a working machine).
Guide Automation has been through that maze many times, we have the experience, so what we are telling customers is that they can try and work through it on their own, or they can let us lead them through it.
Going it alone, or with one of our competitors, may lead to a machine that does not meet expectations, has far exceeded the budget, or is months behind schedule.

WHAT I NEED YOU TO DO:
Basically, make this page look a bit more professional. Or, if you think you have a better way to present the same concept (maybe a frustrated person looking at a table full of puzzle pieces, and an image of various products on each piece) please feel free to present that idea as well.

THE SECOND PAGE:
The second page concept has been started and is uploaded as, "Line_Card_R1.psd". This page needs a bit more work. Basically what I am looking for is a line card. You will see the concept includes a few paragraphs about who we are, why we are different, and how we can help our customers. Then, there is a list of the manufacturers we represent (products our customers will buy), a description of those products to the right of each logo (first line is a list of the actual products, and the next lines describe the advantages of the products), and to the right of the description is an image of the products for each manufacturer.

WHAT I NEED YOU TO DO:
Layout this information in a way that is professional, attractive, and easy to understand. The final line card should include:
-The description of "Who we are", "Why we are different", "How we can help"
-The logos for each manufacturer we represent
-The description/advantages of these manufacturers' products
-Pictures of the products for each manufacturer
-The Guide Automation Logo
-All text should remain editable so I can modify later if needed.
