Resumen de Diseño de Flyer

We need a flyer that will be distributed to local businesses. The idea of the flyer is to let businesses know about some grants that are available for their business, and to let them know we (Hedland Accounting & Finance) can help them successfully apply for the grants.
I have attached some artwork which is currently used as our local phone book advertisement. It would be good if this artwork, or something very similar could feature at the bottom of the flyer, so that businesses know who can help them.

The grants that are being given are for up to $25,000, and are available to businesses based in the Pilbara. The grants won't be available for much longer, so there is a genuine need for businesses to apply very soon or else they will miss out.
To get a $25,000 grant, businesses need to prepare a formal written application. Some applications will be successful, some will not. We have a thorough understanding of the selection criteria for these grants, and we can prepare these applications for local businesses, and give them the best chance of winning one of the $25,000 grants

The Pilbara is a region in the North West of Australia. Its a mining based area that predominately produces iron ore. Most businesses are based around mining services

The flyer will need to be DL sized, ie, 99mm wide and 210mm high. We are only going to print on one side of the flyer.
