Is this by any chance located in Wakulla county, FL? The reason I ask is because I did cad drawings about 2 years ago of a similar, actually almost identical building and still have the files. was a small eng. repair shop that was going to be turned into a buffet or something but is now up for lease. Let me know if so I have 3d CAD drawings already.
