We need a logo for a new business called 'Expert Property Inspectors'. We offer building inspections to people wanting homes inspected for building defects or problems before they buy or when they have a problem with their home or unit.

We specialise in inspecting all building related issues and also offer services to builders who are having problems with there own construction.

We would like a logo that shows we are like detectives/investigators for the building/construction industry that appeals to not only home owners but industry as well.

We use high tech equipment including thermal imaging. We are looking for a design that would showcase well on a website and social media and business shirts. There are a lot of inspection companies here so we would like a logo that would stand out from the rest and sell our business.

I know rooftops, houses, windows are overused in the real estate world.... Looking to market a logo that has a symbol and maybe initials of the company. EPI

We will provide feedback on all concepts.

Our slogan is - 'The property Experts !'

Hi All,

Thanks very much for your effort but hope you note some options we like which you can use to develop more suitable logo to our liking. Please dont used our poor clipart style we have provide as samples unless you can modify to make more unique or suitable to just our business. These were provided as understanding only.

Like the idea of tick but would also like to see picture be associated with our business and incorporate with 'EPI" so the logo can be used or recognised without our full name and our website added when added to uniform sleeves/pants and letterhead following pages.

We would like to used the logo without our full name in some instances and just incorporate our website address. www.expertpi.com.au. But we want this to be an available option only not focus and ensure that when used doesn't vary the effort of our full logo.

We were thinking of a logo that incorporates a house or just roof or building or combination with a detective or just magnifying glass plus maybe the tick option. But would like not to complicated that when embroided on uniforms and the like doesn't look like it should. 

Also don't want a logo others could just use by changing name so that's why somehow we would like to see option using 'EPI'

Please ensure all designs are sampled with varied backgrounds please. Also provide with colours within brief and if you believe others colours suit provide with alternative colours.
