Resumen de Diseño Web

We are dynamic home health care company that serves the medical and non-medical needs of our clients. We are seeking a fresh new website that incorporates our company colors - purple, teal, and tan. The site should also incorporate our logo and 'swoosh', both of which are attached. the swoosh can be recreated to make it more fresh but should have the same colors and basic concept.

The purpose of the site is to present information about our company, to present general healthcare information, and to entice visitors to provide their information or to schedule a consultation meeting (possibly through a pop up prompt). We have two existing sites - www.integrityhomehealthcare.com and www.integrityskilled care, both are stale and unresponsive in accordance with Googles latest algorithm changes. Would like to consolidate the two sites into one.

The home page should have a quick snapshot of our 3 main service offerings:
Integrity Home Health Care - private duty home caregiving
Integrity Skilled Care - skilled home nursing and therapy
Integrity Health Training School - Certified Nurse Aide Training

Each of the above services should have their own page that includes more detailed information about each.

The website should also include:
** an employment page that lists open positions and allows the applicant to fill out and submit a detailed electronic application - a copy of our paper employment is attached for reference
** the Integrity Health Training School page (or subpage) must include a spot for the visitor to sign up and pay for the classes online
** A Contact Us Page with contact information and a Google Map of our location

The new site must be designed to rank high in search engines, responsive to desktop, laptop, tablet, and mobile devices, and must be easy to update by our own staff through CMS. The site must be compatible with Google Analytics and common retargeting practices.

The site must have a fresh, clean, modern look but rich in content.
The site must look custom, not like a template.

Two sites that I really like the look and feel of are:

The finished product does not have to look like these, but these are good starting points.
