Resumen de Diseño de Logo

I need a logo for my research lab at the university of southern california (USC) in Social work. The lab is called "YouthLAB".

We primarily conduct studies to understand stress, stigma, and health among LGBT adolescents. We do some work in stigma on other populations, but LGBT youth is where we primarily work. However, many of these youth are not OUT to their parents, so we can't have a big gay logo with pride flags, etc.... it needs ot be generic enough that if their parent saw a flyer with the logo on it they wouldn't necessarily know it was related to LGBT stuff.
