We are a well-established Ob/Gyn office in Massachusetts, AFA Ob/Gyn, P.C. that has recently opened a fourth location. Our offices are in Concord, Leominster, Sudbury and the open house is for our Westford office. We have Doctors, Nurse Midwives and Nurse Practitioners. We offer 3D ultrasound for our patients and same day appointments for urgent problems. We are having an Open House that is for other local medical professionals - such as Internal Medicine, Primary Care practices, pediatricians, etc. The date of the Open House is May 28th 5:00 to 7:00 for wine and hors d'oeuvres. The color palate for this office is red, white, grey and black. We are looking for upscale and professional. The names of our providers are Dr. Ingrid Balcomb, Dr, Jonathan Grogins, Dr. Emily Strehle, Sherriann Perivolotis, CNM, Emily Bearse, CNM, Linda Dorflinger, CNM, Esther Hausman, CNM, Lesley Kenney, NP, Erin Raker, NP.I have tried to attach logo and 3 pictures for reference and it would not attach - I can send by email. Colors of logo would need to be changed to match the color scheme for the office.
