Company Overview: The TEGRA Group assists companies to plan, negotiate and implement commercial real estate and construction projects for business facilities. Our team of 8 highly-experienced professionals have backgrounds in law, architecture, construction, finance, interior design, development, and corporate planning. Our services include site selection, lease or purchase negotiations, architect and contractor selection, and project management of the real estate, design, construction, and move process. Our clients are the end-users of space, and not Landlords, developers, or construction companies. Sample client projects include managing the design and construction of the Minnesota Twins’ Target Field, site selection and project management for Surly Brewing Company’s destination brewery, and on-going real estate advisory services for the furniture retailer Room & Board. Brand/Reputation: Ours is a boutique professional services practice that has led some of the most high-profile real estate and construction projects in our region. We bring a collaborative team approach to every project and leverage the unique backgrounds of our team to navigate client projects. Our clients look to us for clarity, straight advice, and unconflicted guidance. We want our brand to portray high-caliber, sound, trusted and savvy advisory services that resonate with senior executives.

Logo Objectives: Our current logo was designed over 15 years ago and warrants an update. We’d like to replace it with a more timeless representation. It should appear strong, trustworthy, uncomplicated, approachable, and smart. Not slick. We typically represent “TEGRA” in all capital letters. “Group” must be present for trade name protection but does not need to be a focus of the design. Conversationally, we are referred to as “TEGRA” more often than “TEGRA Group”. We have attached our current logo for reference.
