So to make a summary, you want: a Logo, a T-shirt, and the flyer i didn't understand what are the animals for? do you want to include them with the viking chef illustration in the flyer? And what information do you want in the flyer??

a logo for my business card.(smaller version) and a couple more which can be used on my website/facebook/flyer and tshirt. the animals are for the website. sort of as an interface people can click on the and read info etc.disregard the flyer

Yes in your style. I'm not using those ones in the photos try were just a rough idea of the sort of animal. Going for the wild look. If I was to say I want a drawing of a deer someone would have drawn Bambi. Steering away from the fluffy cute animals and heading towards them as a feral animal.
