Hello, I don't know what Guarantee the project means, but I need a Photography Website Design, with probably 6 Tabs, Home, About Me, Portfolio, Gallery, Investment, Contact.
Home Page should have my logo, Name & Address, Social Media Icons, and Pictures.
As long as the templates are made I have a hosting coming that will code it.

5+ page design in 250.00 is a much much job.
I believe for only home page design the budget is OK, but for 5 pages design you should reconsider your budget and increase it.
