Please guarantee the project before I upload my designs :) kb

I already have designers submitting without this provision. I have every intention of paying for the best option submitted. I am not going to guarantee, because sometimes the submissions are no better than what I can put together in PowerPoint in 5 minutes.

The project is closed.  We are currently in discussions with one designer.  Depending on the resolution of that discussion we will be able announce the winner.  Thank you for your continued interest.
