the size of the flyer? one sided or double sided?

sorry that I have asked a stupid question, please ignored that.

You need a flyer to go out to the general public, or a layout showing what you have to offer and how it works which you present in a graphic schematic flowchart design, which one do you need one for distribution say 1/3rd A4 or a diagram that you present infront of your clients once you are talking to them.

Basically is it a selling aid or a closing meeting diagram?

Yes the purpose of the design is for my sales team to present to potential clients during the meeting. Needs to have some illustrations included to bring it to life.
