Resumen de Diseño de Flyer

We are a company that sells products to universities and companies for basic research purposes. We are in the process of updating all our marketing materials and currently need an updated flyer that can be printed in both color and in black and white. I have attached a sample with all the information we want on the flyer in File 1 and in File 2 a sample of the new look we are going for on our website and would like for this flyer as well. We would like to have the colors in our logo used in this design.
