I prefer the logo to be circular with the initials PG or PGC in it and The name The Pizza & Grill Co. Underneath it with some style.

The circular logo will make it easier for branding. The letters PGC in it allow us to market a shorter name.

An example of a circular logo is bostonpizza.com
