Resumen de Diseño de Logo

I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist beginning a psychotherapy practice and consulting service. The name is International Psychological and Consulting Services (IPCS). For the therapy component I want something reflecting my positive, life-affirming appraoch that helps individual develop new skills and more positive ways of thinking to become happier, mentally healthy individuals. For the consultation piece my focus is on helping international human services projects in developing and war-torn countries with the elaboration and implementation of projects to respond to the mental health needs of vulnerable populations, particularly children. I also provide training on issues in the delievery of mental health services to multicultural populations in the U.S. One very simple concept I had was something like a bright sun rising behind a globe with IPCS on the globe. A bird with outspread wings soaring into the air in front of a globe is another concept. The globe concept may be too cliche but it gives the idea I am trying to communicate. I am located in the Washington, DC area which is very international and expect to draw many clients and patients from this international crowd. I hope to use the logo for letterhead, business cards and a homepage or webpage.
