Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We need a logo design for a new company of fine chocolates based in the San Francisco Bay Area called "Zam". We wish to indicate "Artisan chocolate" as well.
Font should reflect a simple, elegant, modern and yet original message about our work. We do not like too bold font but rather a fine and elegant one but that you can notice enough. Please do not exaggerate with a shape if you plan to add one. We do not wish a bold shape associated to the name but rather fine and elegant shape. We are ok to see both with shape and without shape. It depends if the shape fits the brand. We are ok for a 4 colors but this is not an obligation. We are aware that our brand is only three letters so it is a challenge but we think that among you some should give us a very nice job anyway. Thank you !
