Is this just for a t-shirt or are you looking for a logo?

1. Would you like to include an existing logo?
2. Will this be a screen print?

Yes, screen print.  I forgot to add, sorry.  Also I hope to place this on the back of a tee-shirt.  A simple text will go on the front top right.  If the design is good enough we hope to make this our official logo for now and possible label for at least one wine.
