We need a LOGO and new website Design for a project called UC NeXt

The LOGO will be: We need a new Logo for a new innovative technology movement at the UC the logo should embody some of these concepts:

New Tech, Ideation, Innovation, Events, People, Projects, Collaboration, badges, connections, gamification
The broad mission of the UC is Teaching, Research and Service

THEME CONCEPTS:
----------------------
OVERALL: IDEA -->> ( lightblub...) -> PLAN ( blue print or Rocket Design) --> paper airplane ( teamwork - collaboration... - assembly) -->> LAUNCHED ROCKET ( A New service )

IDEAS: For the "lightbulb" stage... when someone is putting an idea together, it might be cool to show a campfire w/ people sitting around it, discussing... perhaps w/ stars/moon above (dreaming of what could be)


THE WEBSITE Components of the site will include:

1. Search.
2. An Idea Leader Board
3. Events, Team Meetups, Conferences, etc
4. A Project Leader Board with New Project Quests
5. Digital Badges
6. Workflow: Ideas -> Projects -> Collaborative Services -> Teamwork!
7. Gamification of Work

All areas should feature and highlight what is NEW and TRENDING up in popularity

Actions on the site will include:

1) Creating Ideas and Projects
2) Inviting people to Join the effort and Collaborate with funding or resources
3) People Profiles
4) Ideas move through a workflow to Services
5) RSVP for Events
6) Gamification techniques to make the work more fun
