Resumen de Diseño de Brochure

We need a one page brochure (2 sided) designed for a finance and strategy consulting company called Melrose Inc. which does work in Canada and the United States currently. This company works with entrepreneurs, helping them to establish finance operations, evaluate their financial infomation and apply insight from it to business strategies. Essentially we help entrepreneurs grow their business ... we take care of their finance needs and give them sound business advice ... allowing them to focus on their core business and business strategy.

This one page brochure is meant to caputure what services we provide but also positon that we are also entrepreneurs and we understand how entrepreneurs think .... we not only bring technical competence but cultural insight in this regard as well. We understand how nimble and stealth an entrepreneur's business is so we don't gouge them with expensive consulting fees. We don't want to look like a massive corporation ...we want to look professional, smart and reliable. We want to reflect that we are entrepreneural ourselves even in fact that we have a niche offering that is totally targeted to businesses of this nature.

Major emphasis points for the piece are
1) our core values, this could be a side bar or box
2) the credentials of our founder, he is technically competent and an entrepreneur himself (we have his picture to include)
3) our offerings, what we can do for a company, the client quotes provided are a good illustration of what we offer, the relief we provide a client and of what value we provide - make sure you read these, this could also be a side bar or box, some kind of special call out so the service offerings are very clear

The brochure needs to be editable, so in a format that we can work with it for future, if we need to make updates, one that we can use in Microsoft word and convert to a PDF format. It will be emailed to people (in pdf) and also brought to meetings.

We have a new logo and this design should be an extenstion of it from a colour, look and feel perspective. The piece should also be clean and not too copy heavy so we encourage use of sub-heads, whitespace, etc.

When we send this piece out or hand it to someone, the impression should be "I am comfortable with Melrose Inc. they can help me and are people who get me, people I can trust to work closely with me on my business who are personally vested in my success".
