Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We have a small privately owned real estate company. Our main focus is to own apartment houses and rent out the apartments on long term. We are not just renting out apartments, we are providing homes were tenants can feel at home and longing back to.
If I would describe the final design I would like it to be "Both modern and classic and with a sense of trust".
Maximum two colors (for printing) with the main color of blue. The logo should be as simple as possible with few details and a flat design. The text should be able to be both below (to create a square) and to the right (to create a rectangle) of the logo.
