Resumen de Diseño de Logo

Pleasant Foods is an Australian company that supplies frozen, chilled and dry foods to bakeries, cake and pie manufacturers, restaurants and hotels. We need three logos for the three businesses below:
Pleasant Foods – we are known to our suppliers as Pleasant Foods THIS LOGO IS THE MOST IMPORTANT ONE FOR THIS BRIEF
Fermex Distributors – we are known to our bakery, cake and pie manufacturers as Fermex Distributors
Poppy Fine Foods – we are known to restaurants and hotels as Poppy Fine Foods
The output logo should be in hi definition JPEG format and any other common formats which you think would be useful for us to hold.
Each separate logo should contain the name for that business. It would be good if there were some design connection and similarity between the three logos, most particularly the word fonts but also background design as well. The business names should be prominent not small. The logo needs to be stylish and therefore no comic figures.
All the businesses operate in South East Queensland known for its sunshine and quality healthy food.
As Fermex Distributors sells to bakeries and cake manufacturers identifiable characteristics would be wheat, sunshine, rolling hills, fields, bread etc. Possible colour palette might be earthy colours, light brown, tan, yellows, red, ochre.
Poppy Fine Foods has to date used the poppy flower as part of its logo but that is not essential to this project. Poppy Fine Foods sells high quality ingredients and so needs a stylish, professional logo.
Pleasant Foods logo can borrow from the design of the above two businesses if helpful but ultimately this is the logo that I am focusing on.
The attached logo for Fermex could be used as a guide if you like but I thing it a bit too elaborate.
