Project: We are in the process of creating a new Corp Identity. Design a website for our company incorporating the Logo recently designed and selected from a DesignCrowd contest. (attached)

Designers: For this project, you need to design a minimalistic single page, modern website. Beside text and image placement, you will also need to describe user interface, how content is presented and so on.
- Design Layout

- Design menu and buttons

- Design overall effect and feel of website
- Design color scheme
- Design content style (tone and style of content, words type, how much)
- Design user interface (how do you scroll, what happens when you mouseover buttons, where do certain links and buttons lead you)

Coding Requirements: You need to design the website with a modern perspective on website visuals and effects. Jquery, HTML5 (no FLASH please). You do not need to code for this particular contest, but if you can also code, great, tell me and let me know how I can hire you to complete it. If you know someone that can code your vision, great, let me know. If not, you need to be clear and concise, and be willing to help me communicate with a developer to get the site executed. The web site needs to be modern and dynamic.

Corporate Identity:
- Past: I have never complete a webpage for my company. I did scratch several projects that were started and never completed. I fell in love with stick figures, whimsical designs, similar to that of "Dropbox", I believed in simplicity and minimalism. However, I was not effective in find the right people to complete my project. Bits and pieces of the website was designed, but never executed.

- Current: I need a webpage design. The web design must align with the current logo aesthetics.The current logo is new. I selected this logo for its simplicity and modern feel. It also incorporated an image of a trending graph, which fits with my company's profile. Still, I am leaning towards simple design, minimalism with boldness. I like my new webpage to be mature and professional, but I want it to portray energy and youth. So no "traditional corp" like design. I like new HTML5 elements, jquery and fun and beautiful forms and buttons. Less image is more.

Note: Please improvise according to your taste and professional perspective, you do not have to follow my suggestions word for word.

- This should be the bulk of your design
- The landing page must be impressive, eye catchy

- Affiliates and Clients (reference area)

Colors:
- Up to you, I just like things clean and easy to read
- No black background behind text
- Incorporate Logo Colors

Web Effects:
- According to your liking
- You will need to be involve to communicate the layout and design to the developer, so you need to be clear in your design.

Content:
- You personally don't have to come up with the content, but if you can great.
- I will help come up with the content throughout the contect timeframe, just let me know what you want
- I do not like too much content in my website. The most for each section is 2-3 lines if any.
- Combination could also be one liners.
- I like minimalistic approach.
- If you are not creating the final content, you need to show what type of content need to be created and in what style or tone.
