Yes. As all the designs are essentially one banner (they need to be compatible and be put next to one another in some circumstances) I will be going with the same designer.

Just a suggestion: why don't you allocate the first prize and all 8 participation into a single prize?
At the moment you have no submissions at all and there is a chance that there will be not enough designers to share those participation.
Probably people would be more motivated if they are running for a better prize.
