will you consider another platform other than wordpress? i can deliver a professional design using photoshop/html/css

The design is for website mock-up which will finally be delivered (to our client) as WP site.  The contest is for a jpg, and eventual psds, for concepts that meet the specifications and will play well on a WP platform site.  Please let me know if there are any other questions.
