The budget suffices for homepage psd design only not full site designed or css coded or backend built
Also please guarantee the contest if you want the best designers to work on it

You don't have to design the full site. I just need 2 pages done, in PSD.
$300 for 2 pages isn't enough?

$300?? Designer payment is showing as 250 & that too is non guaranteed !

I just increased it by $50 and I guaranteed it :)
