The budget suffices for homepage & innerpage psd design only with css coding but not full site designed and /or coded or integration involved for this budget

Hi Smart, we need the design and HTML + CSS for the homepage and inner pages (the 5 pages indicated in the PDF document). No coding or integration is needed, only design for PSD + HTML / CSS will be required.

There are 10 pages in the pdf so how come 5?
