well, it was an idea from another designer to make a line drawing based on the photo, something like the image in the link below, but so far hasn't worked out:

Guys, the logo has to be gender-neutral. So images of mom and baby, but it can be a two adults with a baby. No gender. Thanks!

There is not much information in your brief. You just stated that the logo has to be gender neutral yet you give an image of a woman as a reference? It is a little confusing. Could you elaborate a little more?

Gender neutral in terms of family members, couples seeking advice in IVF are not always male and female.

Also, the site name is Ask Lenore and the woman in the photo is Lenore. Someone thought that making an sketch/drawing of that photo would be a good idea, but that hasn't worked out yet.
