There isn't a sample on the web, but you can get an idea as to the design style. You can go to [Non image link removed]for more information about the Bond Rating side to the piece, but I don't have graphic design there...that's another project for another day....

Correct, 8.5" x 5.5" with a .2" border on each side.

Correct, the brief is the language to use. I don't have an EPS, but I do have a PNG if that will help.
