How come the Blue Ribbon logo is different?

Hi did the .ai file for the blue ribbon logo not open for you? it works on our end. please let me know if you need it another format. thanks

Actually it was a designer we found on here, but then i made a few tweaks but i am an amateur so maybe i might have messed it up? we are open to any adjustments or changes you want to make. thanks!
