specializing in smoked meats like brisket and pork shoulder ,it will also
have steaks and a hearty app. menu. The name is bucking buffalo

its in Tioga and in the middle of the bakken oil fields.
Making the market all of the influx of workers to the area

I think it should b a logo with a buffalo bucking.
Something you can put on a T-shirt or sign that looks good but not overdone
or to flashy. The theme of the restaurant is rustic western
