Do you want the new design to be flat like the existing design or would you want something with more detail to it?

Probably flat like this one although not totally sure what more detail would look like. We want for the new logo to be similar to the old one so that customers used to it might not even notice, but if they then DID notice, they would feel like there is some creative change that makes them feel like the brand is keeping up with the times without going overboard. I hope this helps...
