Resumen de Diseño Web

We would like you to refine our web layouts for a (1) homepage and (2) a product page (see attached files for reference).

The client is a swiss construction company, that designs, builds and sells standardized and tailored-made residential houses.

His logo is old, but not up for redesign. The only way to salvage it, is to incorporate its yellow color (as highlight) to the overall design, so as to create some brand awareness.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE HOMEPAGE:
1. telephone number over menu
2. logo + menu with 6 categories
3. slider for showing various house types (for pics, see attachments)
4. "AKTUELL" card with yellow color (to show his most actual projects) and a strong Call For Action (what in German would be: KONTAKT AUFNEHMEN)
5. a yellow stripe for his company's slogan (Ihr Partner für individuelle und normierte Wohnbauten)
6. A left coloumn with
(a) two picture-holders under the title REFERENZEN
(b) the three supporting logos of GEAK, MINERGIE and IG PASSIVHAUS SCHWEIZ (can be downloaded as pngs)
7. A right column with 6 headlines + texts of 3 lines each
8. a footer with the adress info

REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUKT PAGE:
1. slider for pictures
2. info box with Call For Action for particular House-types
3. thumbnail pics under the slider for additional images of any particular house type
4. Left-side: name of house type and picture
5. Right-side: Header and blindtext for house description
6. three placeholders for 3 floor plans
