I need a mental breakthrough regarding your colors (blue/green). Those do not readily come to mind when thinking "rustic." Your sample logo is burgundy/black. The rustic part is all about a barn drawing style?

Yes, the "rustic" part refers to a barn style drawing. The blue and green represent sky and grass fields. The blue and green also respresent "color and paint". We are an art studio, inside an old barn.

I have submitted my initial concept for your consideration.
If you think this works, I will begin adding colour to it.
