I would if I knew what it meant? Who gets the money if not the designer I choose?

Some of the designers they think if a project is "not guaranteed", the owner is just looking for idea or concept and in the end they dont pay just go away with a kind of free design brain-storming... (designers, am i right?) Maybe some of the owners they do it, who know... So thats why guaranteed projects they can become a lot more submissions.

Ah ok. Well, I've guaranteed it now.
