So just to be clear, you want it to read "It's got to be Manzes!" When you say vintage do you mean you would like it with browns and beiges like an old photo? Thanks for your time.

With the vintage look I meant the 'cracked' style of writing but now that you mention beige and brown like an old sepia photo that sounds quite interesting.
But I do like the 'it's got to be Manzes' strapline

Thanks for your email.
We were waiting for a few more designs to come in before commenting on what changes we would require to your design.
But we were thinking of having the eel moved and put on to one of the sleeves, whether there should be an apostrophe in manzes or not and also making the manzes a bit bolder than the writing before it and maybe even a slighter different typeface to emphasise the name.
