I think 20-22 pages( 2 pages for each village plus front and back pages, A5 size , bi fold .

I would love to work on your project, sounds so interesting. Unfortunately your budget is equivalent to a 4 page brochure. Thank you for your response.

Marcy, hi ! Dont worry ! Go ahead with 4 pages ! If I like the design we can accept it for this amount or do the rest of the work by ourself or agree with you for extra money/ If , of course it sounds reasonable for you

Hello, I am also interested in your project, but you supplied us with logos and a .pdf of similar villages but can you supply the information pertaining to your list? like the maps, site plan examples, patterns for neighborhoods and so on?

There is a pattern should be used for every village which shoul hav at lest 4 elements.
1. Breaf discription of the village ( main idea, size and nomber of plots, community area and objects, proposed community activity)
2. Village plan along with the 3d view
3. House tipes ( 2 or 3 ) along with the floor plans
4. Few words obout future activity in this village saying by one of the community leader or Guru related to this community ( tennis, art, health etc) with his (her) foto

I think it is not easy thing to make a extraordinary brochure about so many themes and villages for so small budget )) Any way we reduced tthe number of pages up to 4 ( at least ) and come up with design idea which is similar to our design of or web site ( files 1-5 in the attacment) . I think it would be helpful !
