Resumen de Diseño de Logo

I am going to set up a tuition service where primary school students come to my house for tutoring in subjects like English and Mathematics. I need a logo design with a lotus symbol. This will be put on my FB and eventually, website. The logo should impart a feeling of gentleness with soothing, pastel colours. I personally like colours which are less intimidating, so dark colours usually doesn't appeal to me, unless it is strategically used. I prefer the logo to be colourful. The lotus ,for me, symbolizes the purity in a child's heart, and the resilience to blossom despite the difficult circumstances (muddy environment). I need the logo not to have any feeling of religious attachment. I am open to having the logo to include other things, such as perhaps, children figures, or whatever items, that would fit the education industry. Emphasis on the word " tuition" is important.This is just a simple home based tuition service, so I hope you can help me, thank you.
