Creative Brief

Company Profile:
Hakan Agro Group is head-quartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and specializes in supply chain management of agricultural commodities such as Pulses, Oil Seeds & Edible Oils, Frozen Poultry & Meats, Dairy Products, Animal Feed Raw Materials, Spices, Staples, Dried Fruits, Various Jute Products, Packaging Materials and Special Crops. Hakan Agro’s strategically located network of 24 overseas offices, warehouses, processing and logistics facilities currently exports 54 different food products from 52 countries to over 1000 customers in 82 countries.

Objective:
Design office stationery (Business Cards and Letterheads) such that it provides all the necessary information, gives a corporate feel and is aesthetic. Our current business card template appears cluttered as it has all the information on one side and the Arabic translation on the other. To get rid of the clutter and to make it “easy on the eyes”, we have decided against the Arabic translation and present our global outreach (presence in 24 countries worldwide), in its place.

Key Elements:
- Logo (attached)
- Pantone 285 C (blue) is our official corporate colour. However, we are willing to look at options that have some other subtle colours added to the design to make it look appealing (any other colour added should give a corporate/professional feel)
- We would like to include the following information on the new card:

6. Fax No
7. Mobile No
8. Email address
9. Website
10. A visual depiction of our presence in 24 countries (a map maybe?) at the back of the card

We have made an initial start on the redesign in-house using Photoshop, but due to the creative limitations in PS we have decided to seek concepts through Design Crowd to help us finalise this project using programs more equipped for this work. For your use and information we have attached the following:
• Current business card template
• Drafts and proposed concepts for the new look
We trust that participants will be able to extend on the drafts with innovative, creative and concise concepts and ideas.
