I have answered your questions bellow:

1. I would appreciate if the design implies my company's name. But I am not specific about it. It can implied by the color of blue or with a small sign in the logo implying that the sky is the limit to our trading activities.
2. A modern and international would do
3.The name on the logo can be Aereon(alone).
4.There is no unique selling point as this is an international company which deals in trading bulk commodities and logistical activities in the Middle East and Asian region.
