Please clarify the exact scope of work as this is design contest / competition.
The current budget suffices for homepage psd design only with CSS coding - not all pages designed & then coded or backend integration involved

We have a web back-end already that we'll be using to present the created charts and graphs in. We need to provide any styling or HTML elements like navigation bars, etc. The provider of the web portal infrastructure said they will take whatever HTML elements and CSS coding is provided and apply it to all pages. So in short, most of the pages should have the same look/feel/navigation. I asked for the intro/summary page and one chart/table page just to see how the design would flow from one to the next (assuming one summary page and one page for each of the other items I listed in the brief). The Summary Page should be somewhat unique but the other pages similar with the only change being the type of data presented on them. I hope this helps clarify.
