We need a professional modern logo design. The business works with senior executives looking for a career change, or growth within their current company. Using executive coaching skills we help them gain clarity and direction to ensure purpose within their careers. We work 1:1 with clients and also work internally in companies coaching staff to overcome issues which are impeding their careers. Colours probably in variety of blue. We initially work with clients doing an in depth career assessment so we and they can understand what they have already achieved in their careers. We help them understand how to articulate their career achievements and how to understand the transferability of these achievements. We help them with their Resumes, cover letter, LinkedIn profile etc and then work on their interview skills to ensure that they are able to answer all types of questions and also understand what questions they should be asking and why. We also work with them to develop a career plan and develop a strategy for networking. Networking is essential for clients who are wanting a career change as recruitment agencies rarely see the benefit of working with these clients. They are wanting to make a commission and if someone doesn't fit "the tick boxes" they are difficult to sell. It is essential to understand the subtleties of networking and not just asking someone for a job - hence the need for an effective methodology. Internally within companies there are often staff members who have some great points, but perhaps there are issues which are holding them back. (For example staff members who have been moved into management positions leading a team, who have not previously managed teams). We then use our executive coaching skills to either develop these skills, or help them understand how they have already been using these skills and then helping them see the transferability of these skills. We work with clients to help them get "warm" contacts to people they don't know and want to meet. We help them put together strategies for the type of companies they would be interested in working for, where they would fit within those companies, if there were a role there what would they be asking for and how do they get that message across to a potential employer and have the ability to stay in touch with this employer and also get contacts to others from this contact (hence a warm contact).

Generally Executives, or CEOs or C Suite up to board level who are paying their own fees for an individual service and also companies who wish for staff members to have leadership coaching on particular issues to ensure growth within their companies. Generally not lower then junior executives who have already been successful in at least one role out of university.
