Hello, Sir would you like a fully built html coded site or just a photoshop design? I tend to directly design a working website rather than a photoshop design first. If you are fine with the HTML design I can start working right away.

scuse my ignorance, i'm not sure what you've just asked me.
i like the general looks of it, i kind of like it to be dark colored but not black. i like it to be non scrollable and i'm missing a space for my slogan. apart from it i think that HTML will do fine - again i'm not sure about the difference..
