Please clarify the exact scope of work as this is design contest / competition.
The current budget suffices for mainpage psd design max - no full site or more pages designed or complex coding or wordpress backend integration involved.
Also please guarantee the project so that the best designers can work on it

We're just looking for a more streamlined version of our site. It doesn't need to be 5-7 pages of sprawl. A condensed, more efficient site could get it done in a couple of pages.
