Just informing you, you require a Layered PSD, but you also require a vector logo. Photoshop does not create anything vector so you will probably end up receiving a illustrator file (Which is vector). This .ai file can be transferred over to a PSD file, however you will lose all vector abilities.

Thank you for feedback. I read the last comment. I think No-Problem to provide all the file format you required. If I create AI File then I can create EPS, PDF, JPG, PNG GIF also Layered PSD. In layered PSD different color part of the logo will be in different layer, text and tagline in different layer and PSD can be edit in Photoshop. At the end you will get AI (Vector-Can be edit in Adobe Illustrator), EPS (Vector), PDF (Vector), JPG, PNG, GIF and Layered PSD.
