please give some feedbacks on my design

Thanks for submitting these designs. The brief mentions that the logo must be playful & memorable. At the moment the designs submitted are a little too generic for us to use.

I've attached a copy of our old logo to give you an idea of the direction we are currently have. A professional, eye-catching evolution of that old logo would be a strong direction, or a new clever design would also be amazing.

those footprints really bring it down to a kids thing, don't they?

agreed, well spotted. This is why I ran the contest for a new logo since the site is aimed at busy professionals and the kiddy footprints don't fit that branding. Either the logo needs adult footprints (like footprints in sand to depict a journey of discovery), or ideally a new element (I open to ideas).
