Resumen de Diseño de Logo
I need a corporate logo for a New York City Commercial Real Estate Brokerage. I have attached a logo that is exactly what I'm looking for, which exhibits strength, professionalism with a bold, crisp, clean, modern feel.
I need two designs, actually. The first one would be the logo with graphic. The second design would be the font choice and sizes for business cards, letterhead, website, etc.
My vision is that there are two lines of text beneath three buildings (rather than five in the example.)

For the color of FKI, I would like to use the same color as HERMES (it's a tangerine orange, very rich.)
All of the above detail my vision of the logo, I am open to any designs that have the look and feel I described overall. For color choices, green is my second favorite - a rich green - not light, not neon.
